1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on the ce99 platform and using its services.
• "Account" — your personal registered profile on ce99.
• "Stake" or "Bet" — the amount deducted from your account to participate in a game or event.
• "Bonus" — incentive funds provided by ce99, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Turnover" or "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Payment Method" — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Any term referred to in the singular in these Terms shall also be understood in the plural where relevant, and vice versa.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account on ce99 and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ce99 may request documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ce99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately suspended or terminated.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify ce99 support immediately. ce99 will not be liable for third-party activity resulting from the user's own negligence.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

You can use the following payment methods to deposit funds into ce99:

• Bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.)

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. You may only use a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. ce99 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. It is recommended that your withdrawal method matches your deposit method.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For large transactions, ce99 may request additional documents or information. This is a standard process to ensure security and to protect the user's interests.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ce99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets approved by ce99.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings earned from a bonus may be withdrawn, subject to conditions being met.
• An account may not claim more than one welcome bonus.
• If abuse of the bonus programme is detected (e.g. through multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ce99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 Game & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

ce99 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games available on our platform are powered by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each round or bet is completely unbiased and independent of previous results.

5.2 Betting Rules

Once any bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, ce99 reserves the right to cancel it and the relevant funds will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce99 platform:

• Operating games through any software, bot, or automated process.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Misleading or defrauding other users.
• Running multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6 VIP Programme & Loyalty Rewards

ce99 operates a five-tier VIP programme that offers special benefits to regular players. The tiers are:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

The conditions for advancing to a VIP tier are determined by ce99 and may change at any time. Cashback benefits are credited to the relevant user's account at the end of each week. General bonus terms also apply to VIP benefits.

7 Responsible Gaming

In the case of accounts closed due to rule violations, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
